1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order (e.g., during major sales or festival seasons like Diwali), we will contact you via email or telephone.
"Business days" are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in , India.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
At Loopoburq, we offer free shipping across India on all orders. All orders are shipped via our standard shipping method.
Standard Shipping (Free):
Estimated delivery within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch
Express Shipping (Paid):
Available at an additional cost at checkout for faster delivery
Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days, depending on location
Please note that delivery timelines are calculated from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Deliveries to certain regions, especially in North-East India, may take longer than usual.
4. Partial Paid Cash on Delivery (PPCOD)

We offer Partial Paid Cash on Delivery (PPCOD) on all serviceable pin codes across India.

Under PPCOD, customers are required to pay a partial amount at the time of placing the order, with the remaining balance payable at the time of delivery.

Applicability: PPCOD is available on all orders
Charges: An additional handling charge of ₹100–₹200 may be applied to PPCOD orders. This will be clearly displayed at checkout
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your order on the respective courier company's website.
6. Shipping Area
We ship to all serviceable pin codes nationwide across India. At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside of India.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address and Failed Deliveries
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or after three failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
8. Damaged Items in Transport
If you receive your order and it has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately or within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to process your claim and provide a replacement or refund.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Loopoburq Technologies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
(Note: This clause is primarily for international shipping. For domestic Indian orders, you can state: "All prices on our website are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.")
