Refund policy
You have within 7 days (1 week) from the date you receive the item to initiate a return.
At Loopoburq, we respect your returns and refunds and aim to keep the process smooth and transparent.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Failed Delivery Attempts
We strive to ensure your package reaches you promptly. However, the accuracy of delivery depends on the recipient's availability. Please take note of our policy regarding failed delivery attempts for pre-paid orders:
1. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver your parcel. If the delivery fails after these attempts due to the customer being:
- Unavailable at the provided address.
- Unreachable via the provided contact number.
- Refusing to accept the parcel.
- Providing an incorrect address or wrong contact details
2. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
If the parcel remains undelivered after the third attempt due to the customer being unavailable, unreachable, refusing delivery, or providing an incorrect address or contact details, the parcel will be automatically flagged as "Return to Origin" (RTO) and sent back to our warehouse.
In such cases, applicable shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Partial Payment Policy

Non-Refundable: Any Partial Payment (deposit) made at the time of booking to confirm the order is strictly non-refundable if the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or rejection. This amount covers the initial processing and reservation of your items.
4. Pre-paid Order Refunds & Deductions,Gift Cards & Deductions
For orders paid in full at the time of purchase, once the returned item is received and successfully inspected at our warehouse, a gift card will be issued instead of a monetary refund. The following conditions apply:
Failed Delivery (RTO): If the parcel is returned to us after three failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address/contact details, all applicable shipping (forward & reverse) and handling charges will be deducted.
Customer-Initiated Returns: If the customer accepts the order and later chooses to return it, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The gift card value will be issued after deducting these charges from the original payment.
Partial Payments: Any partial or “token” payments made to confirm an order are strictly non-refundable and will not be credited back if an order is returned, cancelled, or rejected.
Gift Card Issuance: The gift card will be issued within 7 days of the returned product (RTO) being received and approved at our warehouse.
Gift Card Validity: The issued gift card will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Example:
If a product is purchased for ₹100 with ₹10 shipping:
Total Paid = ₹100
Deducted Shipping Charges = ₹10 (forward) + applicable reverse/handling charges
Final Gift Card Value = Remaining amount after deductions (e.g., ₹100 – applicable charges)
5. Order Edit or Cancel via WhatsApp
At Loopoburq, we respect your opinion and understand that you may need to make changes to your order. You can edit or cancel your order by contacting us on WhatsApp, but only until the next 10 (AM) in the morning after placing the order. After that time, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it because your order will already be processed. If the order has already been processed and you still request cancellation, a packaging and handling charge of ₹75 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be provided as a gift card. This gift card can be used for your next purchase and is valid for 1 year.
6. Defective Product Return
If you receive a product that is defective or not working, we will arrange a free return and send you a quality-checked replacement. If you still feel the quality is not up to the mark after the replacement, then the shipping cost for the second return will have to be paid by you. In case you choose a refund, the shipping and reverse shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be provided as a gift card.
7. Warranty Registration Policy
Please note the following critical requirements regarding your product warranty:

Registration Window: The Warranty Form must be filled out within 4 to 5 days of the order being delivered.

Activation: The warranty period only begins and becomes valid once the form is submitted. If the form is not completed within the 4-5 day window, the warranty will be void (not counted).

Duration: The length of coverage is determined by the specific warranty period assigned to your product.

Exclusions: Please be aware that physical damage or broken products are not covered under the warranty.
Note: Please double-check your shipping address and ensure your contact number is active to avoid these deductions.
